Guthrie Boat Ramp is located at the north end of the dam. From Exit 146 off I-30 in Mt. Vernon. It offers a concrete boat ramp that can handle all boat sizes. There's a restroom, courtesy docks, picnic areas, and a camping area. A $2 fee per person for day use is required.
